Only give 1 star because I couldn't rank lower. Rented a car for 2 days returned after one day. Bald tires, shaking front end, and brakes in need of inspection. Poorly maintained vehicle. Also no refund on unused day of rental. Avoid at all cost....
Its a good place cars
The staff was friendly, the process was easy and the car was clean and road safe.
This is also Carr's towing. I had to have my car towed today and purposely did not call Carr's to do it because of previous bad experiences with them but yet they are the ones who showed up. Not impressed at all. I would have rather paid someone else more money. Then the guy kept pestering us about them fixing it. Not happening! Absolutely do not use their mechanic services if you want quality work that doesn't cost a fortune.
Hands down the best rental car company in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge area. Friendly folks that are fair and treat you like family. When you're in a bind and need a good used car to get you around the area.. These are the guys to see. They also run an auto repair shop. The same comments apply. A+++
