We were in Pigeon Forge for 5 days and really wanted to get the old time photo done. We looked at many shops and on the last day we picked the old time photos at the island. Not only were they the most reasonable, they were friendly and easy to work with. They had a flat rate and you get exactly what you decide on. I have wanted these photos done for my family for quite some time and I am so glad we did it! We ended up with two pictures that we love! I can't say enough about them. If you want great old time pictures, go to the island!,
We had so much fun and the staff was friendly. They were very busy the day we were there but we were not rushed. We ended up with 2 excellent photos we will always cherish.
Spent $95 for an exciting session, with 2 of the 10 teens who wanted a memory of our family vacation. After dressing the children in inappropriate attire we finally got some appropriate shots and had them loaded onto a USB. After arriving at the hotel tonight, we loaded the pictures onto the PC and displayed them for the rest of the family. Pulled the USB out of the PC and the device came apart.
Numerous attempts to contact the store, finally got the adjacent store to contact the store manager, who understood the situation and was going to call the owner for permission to replace. Finally got a call back that they would replace the USB drive for $20.
Nice, new, clean location. Very friendly staff and great displays that aren't falling apart like other locations.
A poorly made USB drive maybe cost $5, a large tip, but no more old time pictures at this facility for us. Too many options in Pigeon Forge which would love to satisfy our old time picture and memory needs.
Rude!! Would not recommend! You pay extra for them being in the island. You are not able to choose outfits, which takes the fun out of it. The lady that worked there was telling me I needed to put my phone up while I was there because it looked like I was taking pics!!! I would have left if I didn't have 8 girls....worst old time photo experience. The girls were bummed, these people took the fun out of it!!!!
