Today, my wife informs me that her card was also charged. She called and the owner informed her that she will check with her "book-keeper." The owner is a one woman show. She is obviously up to no good. The charges will be reported.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN.

As other customers have described, my wife and I are not too happy with this "business."

Amazing florist with excellent staff !!! They have always been great helping me with my orders. They have even suggested to me some great ideas that i have always been happy i went with. Cant say enough great things about the high quality of their work, customer service, and overall professionalism !!! Has been my top recommendation to my friends and family for about 5 years now....

Do not order from Atrium!!! I too was double billed. I contacted them numerous times and was told they would look in to it. After three weeks of waiting for a response and a refund, I have turned the matter over to the Credit Card Company. I also notified the Better Business Bureau. Take notice Atrium is not a member of the BBB.

They ran my card without my authorization 6 months after initial purchase and charged me twice. They have lied to me over and over again and refuse to reimburse my $93.00 They said their bookkeeper ran the card a second time without authorization. If I fine the bookkeeper that they use...I will copy and paste this review for them as well. They refuse to return my call. The entire staff is in on it. None of them will help or forward messages. Businesses like this should go out of business.

We got married June 4th and met with the owner June 3rd to view and make the final adjustments to our arrangements. WE PAID CASH AND HAVE THE RECEIPT MARKED PAID IN FULL. Upon getting the flowers (on time thank God), some bundles were missing the flowers we had picked and were charged for.

Fraudulent charges by company!! Company will not answer the phone or return messages left to fix the charges! We were charged on 06/26/16 for an amount of $ 67.45, I found out on our bank statement. We have NOT ORDERED anything from this company in over a year, we live over 4 hours away!! I called the company on 06/28/16 about the charges and the manager apologized and stated " whether it was human error or computer error it was accidentally charged to the wrong person (mine) and she would credit my bank account back the amount." Today is 07/15/16 and the credit still has not happened. We have tried repeatedly to contact the business since, and she will not answer the phone nor return any messages left. When called the phone goes straight to voicemail! If this was an honest mistake how come she will not answer the phone and make it right!!!?? This is FRAUDULENT and UNAUTHORIZED use of our personal information!!
