Extraordinarily helpful staff. I think that these guys know a bit about everything! They seem to be knowledgeable about all things hardware! As a woman, I've never before experienced such kind and respectful service, advice and explanations of what most people consider "guy stuff". They patiently answered even my dumbest questions and made sure that I got exactly what I needed, understand WHY I needed each particular item, and exactly how to use them. AND they gave me a poster of the Ten Commandments!
