I have been with first med for over 5 years, tim thomason is a very good PA. But the last 2 vists have been a disaster. I had blood work done at the clinic in pigeon Forge. Called back to get my PSA numbers and was told i had to schedule another appointment just to get my numbers that i had already paid for. And on the last visit I had 2 perscriptions written for mail in insurance. and 1 scrip was wrong.When trying to get this corrected I found that the phone numbers and fax numbers on their (new) card were not correct. It took 2 calls from the insurance co. and 3 calls by myself just to get the right scrip to my insurance. By the way these were the same maintinance drugs they have proscribed for 5 years. I'm done with this money driven group first med. It's a shame i liked Mr Thomason PA.
We received excellent care here. My 18 month old son was injured while we were on vacation in TN and the staff at First Med provided compassionate care for him. They were patient with us all as it was very stressful. I am so grateful for the staff and medical professionals at this location.

They are super super nice , from beginning to the end , very nice customer service , the front desk receptionist is so sweet and kind , all nurses are also so very kind friendly , the docter also very nice n kind ! Great team work I m very blessed to get treated there
I don't usually write reviews, but I must say I'm so glad I found First Med, not only was there no waiting, the PA and staff were just wonderful! Received treatment and on my way within 35 mins.
