Make sure you take change. The service and ride was great, but you need exact change. We had to get change from a business.
We have used the trolley to get to Dollywood from the Mainstay Suites several times and it has been great. Highly recommend the day passes.
I have always had an amazing experience with all drivers. I have even rode the trolleys in a wheelchair a couple times, and the driver didnt mind at all to help me load.
The trolley is a great way to get around Pigeon Forge, enjoy the ride & scenery. It only costs 50 cents per ride or $2.50 for a day pass. Tips for a happy trip: 1. Be courteous and friendly and you will be treated the same way 2. Learn the routes and know that the trolley will stop at any trolley stop that has someone waiting to get on, or if someone pulls the strap at the window to request a stop. 3. Understand that the drivers have a stressful job dealing with the high traffic and delays and wait times are not their fault.
Spent most of our day waiting on the trolley and wasted so much time. Never again!! So much better off driving your own vehicle.
