I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
Worst service at a Dominos ever. I placed an order online at 8:32pm. It showed that it was “being prepped” on the online progress ticker. My husband stopped in on his way home from work at 8:45pm. The person at the counter said that it would be 30 more minutes. It seemed busy so this was reasonable. At 9:45, my husband once again approached the counter hoping that the pizza would be ready. The person at the counter told him that it was just being prepped. He told the person at the counter to cancel the order.
It’s quicker to go somewhere else and eat at a dine in place than it is to receive your pizza
Not very friendly. They don't treat the locals good, there's no local discount. The price is always different when you order the same thing every week. We've been going there for a long time and they always screw something up!!!! When you ask why the price is different they look at you like you have 2 heads! We'll be going to papa Johns from now on , they appreciate the locals!
I ordered a pizza over two and a half hours ago and it is still not here. The place is literally 2 minutes away. They told me 45 minutes, one hour and a half goes by still no pizza so I call and the guy tells me it's on it's way. Another 45 minutes goes by and I explain how long it's been and all he says is I can give you a free pizza the next time you order. Well guess what I'll never order from there again! As I tell him this and that I'm on vacation. Which he claims there is a wreck. Two minutes away! As he also tells me he is the manager but won't give me his managers name when I ask so I ask for his name and he says he's not telling me and hangs up on me. As my four year old is so hungry he ask to eat a cold bagel. Wow great customer service! As I'm about to get in my car now and drive to the store myself! I did inform the cooperate office which was very nice and took all my information and tells me a rep will be calling me. Still nothing. Definitely don't order a pizza from here!
Good store. Good food. Delivery times vary wildly with traffic. Take out = 8 to 12 min always. We usually take out. Our worst holiday delivery was 1:45min. Why we usually pick up our own pizza.
I have never had this happen at a Dominos before, and we probably get a pizza once a week. The location a little closer to home is always on the ball.
