This time we visited during Saturday afternoon it was crowded. Personally I prefer to go here during weekdays. So that I can spend more time here.

Currently they are extending the area here.

Highly recommend place

Please do not miss visiting this place during fall colors months (October-November). Enjoyed spending time in this place. different kind of birds, parrots. My Daughter thoroughly enjoyed by feeding parrots. Have fun and spend time with nature.so that mind and heart refresh a lot! Have fun!!

You can take pictures with the birds here if you want. And they are also having a pet shop. There is a cafeteria. Tried French fries here tastes good and it was very hot. Also there is a gift shop.

This a must see if you are planning a trip to Tennessee. So very well done clean safe environment for you and for the birds. children of all ages welcome hands on with the birds they are so very friendly they will perch on your hand or shoulder. The landscaping was outstanding. one if the best places I have visited. I will definitely spend another day there.

No words to describe the beauty and personal attention we experienced here. There was always someone available for questions and assistance. I have never experienced a bird sanctuary of this caliber. I am not even a big fan of birds but the beauty and diversity of these animals held my attention for two hours! We are traveling with our 92 year old grandma. She was immediately able to ride in a golf cart and get her own personal tour! I own a business and expect this level of service for our customers. It is nice to see that phenomenal customer service still exists in America. Thank you Parrot Mountain!

Our favorite place. We are visiting this continuously two years now. They are having alot of birds here. Some of the birds used to sit near the entrance and some of them used to talk with you. The staffs are friendly here.

Absolutely loved this place. We took our kids which are 5 and 9 and they loved it too. They parts they liked most were the petting area and the feeding areas. I would suggest maybe some ear plugs if you have sensitive hearing because the birds are very loud. Also be ready to get in some exercise beings it is on top of a mountain..lol....but great place to go....
