Every time I order an international package it either gets sent back to them or they can't find it in their own office because they keep misplacing it. On the second missed delivery I had to go back into their office in a long waited line of people and I actually had to tell them the entire tracking number just to get my package that was already inside their office!! They will often not bother to read the tracking numbers on the box correctly so if you order an international item make sure you tell them your entire tracking numbers/letters or they will just idiotically leave your package there... They are pretty lazy lol.
Waited up front for a while until someone came up. I began to make noise and talk louder for a bit to make sure someone heard me. That's when the chit chat stopped and she appeared. It might be good to invest in a doorbell.
