I cannot say enough about this Veterinary practice. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and so kind. They love the animals each and everyone that comes in and they're so willing to help with every issue and every question.
Absolutely love Dr. BOB and his staff!!! They are awesome. Have always gave us the best care and have always gave us the best price options. We have very large dogs and they tend to get a tad bit expensive!! DR. BOB always give us the best and cheapest option for them. We live all the way in Kodak and will not bring them anywhere else!
After seeing our dog Molly for 11 years she had been poisoned yesterday and was in a dramatically dangerous situation and dying. She has been a loyal pet and is a toy schnauzer. My wife was had tried for 10 years to have more children but bc of medical issues could not so she paid the money and accepted this fact. The day she brought Molly Home at 5 weeks old she found out she was pregnant! She has been a pet if celebration! “Dr Dennis” knows our family story well and has also treated our other 6 pets over the years. He is one of those like we get in Sevier county who is just a nose wiper but can not deliver in an emergency! His receptionist was totally uncaring and totally over worked like those dogs at the puppy mill pushing out puppies all day. So rude and uncaring. No recommendations or referrals just bye, bye, ok, umm bye, I told you...Sevier county animal Clinic was a similar response but at least an I’m sorry for your upset however we found that some people aren’t in it for the money at PARKWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL on SIUTH BOULEVARD in SEVIERVILLE. They will be getting 5 stars and you will be getting a horrible referral on their review as well so word will get around! They even took their lunch break and sat next to her cage with a full house and had to bring out a cage from the back to set up for her wher ether was no room for her and cried with us. Now they aren’t in it for the money like this place. I wish I could give you zero stars!
I'm from out of town and forgot my dogs special food and shot. Their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't carry the items. But was awesome at suggesting a place that does.
We were on vacation and had to take our dog there as a walk in because she had been bitten by a family members dog. The staff there was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. Our dog had to have surgery and have a drain tube put in her neck because of the infection and also several stitches where she was bit. They even had the three meds our dog needed there at the office to send home with us. When we got back home and took her to her regular vet to have the drain tube taken out our vet bragged on how good of a job they did putting the drain tube in and stitching our dog up and said everything was done very good, so that made us feel even better about choosing Dr. Bobs office. I cannot remember the lady's name that did the surgery (I'm sure it's on our paperwork) but she is a wonderful Veterinarian there and I highly recommend her. Everyone there was so kind and helpful from the lady at the front desk all the way back and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you all for helping my sweet poodle Zoey.
