I made an appointment for Tuesday. I messeged the individual that was supposed to come and clean the carpets of a house that I had to move out of. He acted like he didn't know it was for Tuesday so he told me he would come on Wednesday, the next day after 10. I waited for him to contact me which he did so at 11:55 telling me he was in route. I waited at the house for 2 hours, with my toddler who was not in a good mood, and I finally just messeged and cancelled because this was ridiculous and I had appointments and other things that I had to do. Once he called me he told me he was in route to my house right now. When I told him, "You messeged me 2 hours ago saying the same thing." He came up with some excuse that he had just gotten done with the Dr. and hadn't been feeling well. I asked why he lied and told me that he was on his way when he wasn't. He wasted my time. Horrid service. I have never been given a run around by a "professional" business. You might want to go with a different business if you want your carpets cleaned on the day and time you scheduled for.
