This is my first coin laundry experience in Pigeon Forge and it will be my last at this place! I paid $7 for the washer that hardly washed my clothes. The washer boasts being able to clean a 60lb load but somehow couldn't manage to clean my 40lb load. Then hoping my drying experience would be better, I used two of the extra large dryers, each half full. Each dryer ate $4 and when I opened them up my laundry was still more wet than damp, let alone dry. So my ONE load $15 later ($17 if I count the products I paid for to wash with) I have bagged up my WET laundry and headed to another coin laundry to finish the drying process. Sad part? There is no one to call or speak to to even resolve this issue. They want you to write refund REQUESTS on a slip of paper with your address as though they MIGHT mail your refund, but have no drop box for the forms, they instead would have you slide it under the utility room door. Sad excuse for a business!

Nice selection of washing machines and dryers but the place could be cleaner.

I have a family of 6, and 3 of which are toddlers. Naturally sometimes laundry falls behind. It is the one chore everyone hates doing. I work night shift and while everyone else was asleep I decided to load up all 8 loads of laundry take it all here and do it all at once. I had no issues with the machines they did a good job, the place was reasonably clean, it was a little pricey, but worth it. Sounds like a 4-5 star review, unfortunately that is where the good stopped, the staff was horrific. They had a gentleman that had taken one of 4 folding tables in the place and had it covered in his personal stuff. Mainly CD's and cigars. It goes down hill from there as he was blaring some of the loudest music I have ever heard. I have 18 month old twins, I know loud this was insane at 12 am. By the end of my 3.5 hour laundry experience (of which I hoped would be calming with no kids) I sincerely and realistically wanted to slam my head repeatedly with a dryer door. I spent good money to do laundry there, certainly not a mistake I will make again.

alot of washers and dryers !!also take credit card and cadh

Been here a few times, dryers take money this time it approved my card, wouldn't start and the door wouldn't open so I had to wait almost an hour to get someone to open it. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely go elsewhere
