Not a bad place to visit, but I suggest getting tickets to both places (museum and castle attraction in the same parking lot) and use coupons- it's really not worth the time or money to go through just one attraction. BUT beware when going through wax museum – there is a resort booth setup mid-way through that offered us free tickets to several attractions and free breakfast to “sight-see” at their resort. They charged us a $20 refundable deposit that would be returned after our visit. Needless to say, it turned out to be one of those 90 minute timeshare deals - after we realized, we called to cancel but they would not refund our money. I am surprised the museum allows them to setup in their place and bother their customers while they are on vacation. I did not pay money to be scammed out of more money!!

A two-story wax museum, one of the largest wax museum in the United States. The building is a tribute to the U. S. film industry and the artists who have become part of American culture and includes a Hollywood version of Mount Rushmore and a six-story high Empire State Building being scaled by the Great Ape of Pigeon Forge. It has replicas of celebrities in film, television and music.

Blonde headed heavier set lady on the mirrors side was super rude! We came here on a family vacation hoping to have fun. We however will not be back there. If it wasn't for the rude lady I might have given more stars. The actual wax building was very neat and the staff In that building were very helpful seeing as how we had never been there before.

Wax museum was pretty cool. Looks like most of the figures are pretty dated and not relevant for the current generation to know who a lot are. But overall pretty cool. The mirror maze...needs an option to skip the entire into if you don't have any children over the age of like 4. The castle trip was pretty interesting, the "guns" aren't accurate and don't try to compete because the scores don't keep up. The zombie outbreak was the best part. And the girl who played the multiple zombie rolls needs a thumbs up because she did great even though it looked like multiple people were supposed to be running it, she did it on her own! Need some kind of "weapon" to shoot the zombies as you move through it!

Really cool place. Kinda pricey, and the videos were less than ideal. But mostly good quality wax manikins with decent props. Nice staff. Family friendly.
