Great fun, had group of 5 quoted 34 dollars for prints then turns out it's 101 dollars, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE TOTTALS, BECAUSE SHE WILL CONFUSE YOU AND SCREW YOU OVER, but was fun time but if your low on money double check because she will lure you in and make you feel like you gotta pay, overall great besides that, loved the place
The pictures were adorable and my family really enjoyed dressing up... but with that being said the staff were terrible. There was no music playing and no fun atmosphere at all. The woman taking our photos was so rude and was not accommodating at all. She hardly said 2 worlds to us while we were there. The ONLY reason why we didn't walk out is because they were the cheapest place in town!
Excellent customer service! Dwayne is the best! Friendly photographer who took the poses WE asked for! We will definitely go back when we are in Pigeon Forge again.
