This rating is based on trying to use this location to rent a U-Haul trailer. I had a trailer reserved here, but it was rented to someone else that day before I picked it up. The rep I talked to told me that since I wasn't a local, it wasn't his problem and I should call somebody else. So I did. I called the U-Haul regional office and filed a complaint against him. I was told this was a trend, that he treats all out of towners like this. He will take their money but will provide zero assistance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE like Airport Mini Storage in Sevierville. It is a little farther away but definitely worth it.
Have done business with these good folks for several years and still do. Will continue. Never a problem.
