We enjoyed our visit to Texas Roadhouse. This restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. One of our party had the full rack of ribs and said they were extremely tender and delicious. The only negative was the appetizer we ordered. It was only slightly warm when it got to our table. It was still edible, we did not complain because it was fine, but that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Our tea glasses were never even halfway empty and we always had fresh bread. The steak was so tender I probably could have cut it with a fork. Delicious food and great service can't be beat.
Was seated right away. Staff was friendly. Had a great server and the food was perfect. Best steak I have had in a long time.
We had lunch at TRH this afternoon and our service and food was great. Our server was Romeo. Our drinks were always filled, our (many, many) requests were met. We had 3 wild children with us and they were also treated great. We ordered soo much food and everything came out exactly how we ordered. Very impressed.
This review is not about the food but more about the manager. My server accidentally spilled several drinks all over me, I was drenched all over. Every piece of clothing was wet including undergarments. I didn’t complain or say anything mean. I told the server these things happen and that it’s not that huge of deal. The manager came over and asked as well. All staff was very nice and I don’t blame my server at all for what happened. But one would think that if you get drenched by 6 drinks that maybe you would have a comped meal (just mine, not the tables) nope, I got a comped rattlesnake app, 6 bucks. It was about 30 degrees outside and I had to go home and completely change. If the manager reads this, next time, comp the meal. Seriously. Food was excellent by the way, awesome char on my steak.
