There were no clean tables, floors were dirty. The trash bins were over flowing. The restaurant really needs to get porters. I've worked fast food before and if my store looked anything like this we would have been yelled at by every manager from here to Timbuktu.
I just sat in their line for 15 minutes. Upon arrival to the speaker at 12:06 I was told they would not take my order however the 2 cars ahead of me ordered after 12 and were still served. David the manager refused to talk to me or make this right. I worked 37 hours straight, I just needed a coffee for the drive home, I would have taken a coke had coffee not been available. I was in the line at 10 minutes prior to close. Their coffee is not even $1 like every other McDonald's. David should be ashamed after his display of nepotism to 2 other cars ahead of me, he also should have been a man and not make a 16 year old kid talk to me, David should have served me as I waited all while prior to close. David is a bad person
Very little menu items. I ordered the South West salad and it was fresh, only because I asked them to leave the cheese off. My grandmother got the fish sandwich meal, the fish was cold, fries also. We got 2 apple pies also cold and stale. The only thing that was supposed to be cold was our drinks, after I unjamed the ice machine.
We enjoyed admiring the interior design (not the cleanliness) for TWO hours while we waited for them to remake food that they dropped on the floor and forgot to remake until prompted. While ordering some long haired pothead couldn't understand what a cheeseburger was to the point that a hard working mother had to scream to his face. We were also deprived of some fries and the filth cannot be overstated. To their benefit there were a lot of us but the Chik-fil-a we went to for lunch (With the same amount of people) preformed flawlessly. Shame on you McDonald's.
6 pm. Ordered 2 Big Mac's. Both only had meat and lettuce on the bottom half. No ketchup for fries. No ice in the ice dispenser. Tables were not all clean. It is also sad that the meat patties on the big Macs were as small as my son's Happy meal. Should call it a Big Mac for 6 and under. Lol.
Very horrible McDonald’s, So first when we got their throw up was by the Entrance almost stepped in it. The floors were so nasty wait was horrible for McDonald’s even when it was not busy to me seem to have some lazy people working! And the drink machine had no Powerade one side didn’t work but had ice, the other side had wires coming from one of the drinks Idk very poor mangement.
