INSIDE KROGER'S
Very rude customer service by the manager, Kim. The almond milk was sour in my Frappuccino and the manager did everything she could to not make the drink over. She even acknowledged that the milk comes in on a hot truck before it is refrigerated and the whole batch is probably sour.
The customer service was horrible.. i feel like they need new employees because the two girls serving us were not friendly at all
They're never open. It's so frustrating that every time I stop by they're closed and when they are open the baristas are always rude. They need to hire more people and actually stick to the hours posted. It's ridiculous.
