We were visiting from KY when we had a little car trouble. The people who's driveway we pulled into recommended eagle one. They went above and beyond, were quick to help us make it out by the time we had to check out and even brought the car to us so that we wouldn't have to call a cab. Highly recomed their services. They believe in helping people and aren't out to just make money.
I called about a van issue at 4:30 in the evening, I explained we are 9 hours from home. The owner told me to have it at the shop at 8 am and they would squeeze it in. He called me 2 hours later it was fixed and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
On our way to Pigeon Forge our A/C was going in and out. Then the day before we left it completely quit working which was not good b/c we were headed back to St. Louis where it was 105 degrees. With two girls ages 8 and 4 we knew that would have made for a dangerous drive back home. I brought our Honda Pilot to Eagle One and Tom was very great and able to fix our car that day even though they were backed up for a couple of weeks. I am forever grateful for them getting our car fixed. Tom and the whole team was great and the price was very reasonable. Our ride home ended up being a very cool one. Me and my husband had driven 4 hours to Pigeon forge for a getaway. Right before we got into town, my car decided to start making some horrible noises. We came to Eagle One very worried. Turns out we had a couple issues! Tom was very honest and helpful. He was able to order the parts he needed, and was able to fix my car in a very timely manner. Very friendly group and very helpful! If we ever have car issues again while we are in town, we know where we will be going!
The staff is awesome and very courteous… Prices are more than fair and he will accommodate Tourists. We are very grateful for his service and honesty and the fact that he stayed even after hours so that we could get the vehicle to him.
