The service at this place is awesome. Recently on a bike trip with friends we had issues with three bikes at three different times. Being away from home and no trailer we could have been stuck. All three times the service department jumped right on our bikes and all three times we were back on the road within an hour AND all three times the cost was extremely reasonable. In their bikes for sale all the prices were clearly displayed in each bike with details. The closest Dealership to me is Pensacola Harley Davidson. When I'm shopping for a new bike I may have to drive to Rocky Top.
Top tourist location for that new Harley motorcycle. With two stores there is plenty of inventory and service is a breeze. Collect that T-shirt you have been wanting.
My husband and I stopped in here on our honeymoon in June and bought some great souvenirs. Staff was very friendly as well. Hopefully next time we're down, we'll have our Harley with us!
When in to get leaking forks fixed. Previous Day, Service Manager expressed our bike went in when parts came in . My husband and I had called yhe next day just when parts came in . 4 hours later they had just pulled in the bike when we had made our way back to the shop thinking it was done . We had to wait for 2 hours longer than the proposed time to be done by 3 pm . Worker made excuses of why it wasnt pulled in when manager had expressed, and we had an additional issue to be fixed on brake lever. An additional issue needed to be rebuilt and it was 25 over quoted price, fixed it then told us . We expressed additional cost should be brought up before fixing . All in all the bike is fixed and works wonderful, the hassle could be taken out though.
We were spending the night and stopped by to check out the store. Ended up trading our Superglide in on an Ultra Classic. The whole experience was great. Dennis the salesman was very nice no high pressure answered all our questions. Has even contacted us since to make sure everything is ok with bike. They gave us top dollar on our trade in.
