Me and my wife were visiting smoky mts. For the weekend. The side wall blew out of one of my new tires, I called and the gentleman showed up very promptly. We discovered that the tire was beyond repair and the tire shop was already closed.he loaded up me and my wife and took us to our cabin, no charge i may add. He picked me up the next morning and took me and my car to the tire shop for a very reasonable rate. I was back on the road sight seeing by 9:00am. What a very professional and friendly experience.
Super nice guy. I thought I had a problem with my brakes but Jeff said it sounded like normal wear and tear on the mountain roads. He even took the tires off just to make sure and show me. He was right but never made me feel dumb about my overreaction. Thanks buddy.

Really have to thank Jeff at Everything auto. We were on vacation last week and our van started wigging out and died while going through the mountains. When I called he was extremely friendly and helpful. He came out to the hotel and assured me he would take care of the problem, and quickly. We had our van back by the next morning and it ran like a champ, and we were able to finally enjoy cades cove!
