It's a beautiful place to get cabin furniture
We shopped a lot of places around town for 'cabin' furniture. This place was the easiest to deal with, attentive, and less expensive.
Plus did I mention they have beautiful furniture? Well they do.
Salesman was no BS, log Futon is amazing & the price very fair!
So overall I think the item is of high quality, but don't try to assemble it yourself.
I purchased an outdoor swing with frame. The ordering process was fine, and they did come through with my request to get the item before Christmas. I picked up the item, so I cannot comment on shipping or delivery. The swing and frame required assembly, which is where I ran into several issues. The assembly instructions were VERY basic, and were missing several critical details. The main legs of the frame had pilot holes for the lag bolts, but the center supports had none so it was a guess as to where they should be attached. Also the pilot holes were drilled at an angle, so the bolt and washer did not sit flush. The braces also had pilot holes, but again no marks where they should be attached. I could only look at the picture and try to match it. The swing as a little better, except that none of the required lag bolts were included, forcing a trip to the hardware store. Another issue with both the frame and swing was inserting the large tenon joints. It was obvious that these were required to be hammered together, but it was not clear how far these should go. I was afraid to go too far or it might crack. And no mention was made of putting something between the mallet and the wood, so it would not leave any marks.
