My wife & I purchased a cabin on Bluff Mountain in Wears Valley and looked at Ogles where seemed more expensive and the sales staff less friendly than people at Smoky's.. Given other review I read here who knows which store on any given day would win most cheerful as they work? :)
Very pleased they offer gel foam upgrades for sleeper sofa mattresses and since they know most of the furniture they sell is going into rentals they have a commercial mechanism for the sleeper sofa that will hold up better to regular use.
Salesperson on the phone today was very helpful answering all of my questions quickly and was very friendly.
Called today to get some new king mattresses where their prices are under what we were quoted looking local to replace our king for our primary residence. Very pleased.

This place is insane price wise. They have posted all over the store to not take pictures of their price tags. We were there about 20 minutes and other than one guy who was like a stock person moving stuff around, NO ONE greeted us or asked if we needed help. I was disgusted with the staff other than the one guy who was actually working and pleasant. They should all be fired, and they need to come WAY DOWN on prices. We went down the road to Wholesale Furniture and Linens (on Wears Valley) and ended up buying a COMMERCIAL grade quality couch, loveseat and linens. The owner there is AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICE!!! Save a trip to Smoky's and go see Ronnie at the other place. Huge money savings, quality furniture, and pleasant environment.

We bought a leather sleeper sofa for our family room on the main level along with a matching leather love seat and a plaid fabric barrel chair (absolutely love it). All looks good; seems well constructed and price was very fair. For downstairs we bought another leather sleeper sofa and a leather chair for our theater room.
