Unable to stay due to a serious family emergency two days prior to arrival. Company was unsympathetic and lack compassion...were not willing to provide a partial refund or reschedule for different time of the year. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them any of my family and friends for future stays! Very disappointed!!!
The cabin was ok. Contents are old and low quality. The jacuzzi bath didn't have enough hot water till fill it over the jets. The sauna did operate fine.
Great cabins. Stayed at UnForGettable. Staff was very courteous and made sure we had a great stay
Stayed in Haven's View in Gatlinburg and it was horrible. I called once and was transferred around to three different people and sent two different emails complaining about the condition of the cabin. Several broken Blinds, Carpets were filthy, peeling paint in bathroom shower area, A/C really struggled to cool the second floor to the point the children would not sleep up there (just some highlights) and spider webs everywhere.. Office staff would not do anything, never offered discount, never offered to come fix anything. I am a 6 time returning customer they have lost. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn.
In conclusion the cabin is in a beautiful spot but you HAVE TO DRIVE A 4-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK. Is what you get worth the price? Compared to other places we've stayed probably not.
It wont let me but i would give it no stars or half a star if i could. My family has been renting cabins from Cabin Fever since the the early 2000's if not earlier. and this is the worst experience I've ever had with them. We stayed in cabin called Picture Perfect. it was a dump compared to any other rental I've ever been in anywhere. Where do i begin. There were light bulbs out everywhere, the Foosball table was broken, the couches were both clearly broken, the handle on the recliner was broken, the fireplace insert came on but didn't throw any heat. The Carpet in the master Bedroom was Really dirty and the room smelled like stale Chinese food, the hot tub was broken, the flood light out front didn't work, there was dust and spider webs everywhere, the refrigerator was dirty and had rusty shelves in it.The shower in the bathroom on the main floor, the water doesn't stop running (i tried very hard to get it to stop), and the drains in that bathroom as well as the kitchen run very slowly, so much so that we were afraid to use that shower for fear of over flowing the tub. The bed in the master bedroom was so old and stiff. the pillows smelled terrible. The TV in the living room felt like it was gonna fall off the wall. My friend sat in a dinning room chair. While he was eating dinner, on of the legs collapsed. That could've been my Grandma and she would've been seriously hurt. We turned it over and it looked like someone tried to fix them before by just driving a bunch of screws into the legs. The only positive thing about this cabin was the view. I will never be renting from Cabin Fever again
We stayed at Safari Romance. After booking I noticed a review concerning the driveway being steep. I called their office to find out. The guy that I spoke to actually laughed and said that he had been over here several times and that was crazy. I drove a 2015 mustang on our trip. The drive way was so steep we spun tires and barely got up it while it was dry. The front end dragged going down. We are parking at the bottom the rest of our stay. I posted a picture but honestly the picture doesn't even show how steep it really is.
