and professional about things. We will not be going back...
It's clean, prices for passes are bit pricey but its worth it if you buy the season pass! You will definitely get your use out of it! It's fun for the whole family!
Over priced and over crowded on our last visit. This was late August. Also we wanted a Cabana. We were told all currently in use but we were put on a waiting list. 3 or 4 hours Splash Country calls, explain a Cabana is now available. Since the park is closing in an hour and a half so I figured cost would be pro-rated but no. We payed more for the privacy offered by having a Cabana the last hour there
If I could give them zero stars, I would! You have to pay for EVERYTHING, including shade! 50$ more for a cabana,10-15$ more to store your valuables and parking starts at around 12$ and that does not include the tickets. We went on a total of 3 rides as a family. The second one, I got the misfortune of getting stuck in my tube with my little one with me, the staff was YELLING at us to get out and we couldn't. I told them we needed a little help and they just kept yelling. I ended up twisting my ankle while finally getting out of the tube. My daughter went on the butterfly slide and she had no more stood up and they began YELLING at her to move. I understand having to move out of the way for other patrons, but they could have been more kind
Great water rides and family fun! Save money on parking by catching the trolley at Patriots Park. The wave pool is a big hit for the children and I personally loved the lazy river. Do not wear denim if you plan to ride the rides because it's not permitted. Must have appropriate swimwear on. They have several shops with reasonable pricing for swimwear, water shoes, sunscreen, glasses, waterproof phone pouches, etc. Locker rentals are also available! Good food, but as usual at a park, the food is expensive... especially for large families. It may seem obvious, but sometimes the children don't realize that the pavement is hot. I highly recommend taking water shoes or sandals instead of tennis shoes.
Went there yesterday. Overall, the park was very clean, rides were fun, and the staff were very courteous. My favorite ride is the river rush, which is the water rollercoaster ride. So much fun! Also enjoyed the raging river raft ride. Well, basically they were all fun, except I fell sideways a bit on the Tailspin Racers and bonked my head on the tube, but not too bad. Anyway, I bought the fast pass thing. Made it all doable. I would recommend getting the fast pass, even though it adds 50% more to the cost. You basically reserve a time to ride a ride and come back. Disney has the same thing, but it was free at Disney. On the down side, it's expensive. $12 for parking. $60 a piece to get in, another $25 for the fast pass... and that's before eating anything. You definitely have to pay to have a good time here. Also, one other problem: the drink refill station was mobbed by bees. I had one fly on my lip when I tried to refill my cup. The guy manning the station kept saying they were harmless. I gave my cup to him and let him fill it up.
