If you've never been to a trampoline park then you will like it. If you've been to some others, you will be disappointed. The place is real clean and has a nice climbing area(costs extra though). The Ninja course is sad!
Absolutely awesome. The Staff was very professional and helpful with everything. TopJump is one of the best trampoline places that we have been to, the climbing area is the greatest, and very competitive with the pricing as well. They also offer a Veterans Discount. I will definitely bring my 4 back, even if we're just passing thru.
Great time, great environment and friendly staff. Kids absolutely loved it. The different climbing walls were their favorite. Nice place for parents to sit while kids burn off some energy.
Overall the kids had a fun time(they have fun on the one in the backyard too though lol)
Amazing staff !!!! We took our kiddos there this past weekend 15 year old, 9 year old and our 5 year old its fun for all ages. My 5 year old daughter has Down Syndrome and does not jump and balance on uneven surfaces very well so the lady working (I wish I would have got her name) made sure that none of the bigger kids jumped on the rectangle she was "jumping" on. The lady took her around to all the different areas and played each thing with her... showed her how and what each area was for. It was an amazing experience!!!! All of the staff was super friendly and explained each package very well. The areas were clutter free and organized. My boys loved it too... we will definitely visit there again when we go back to Pigeon Forge this fall !!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Especially with my special needs daughter. Great job hiring these amazing, kind hearted folks.
So much fun! My husband and I jumped to and it was great. The staff was awesome and Andrew (the one who dances) did a great job getting the kids to play a game of Dodge ball and really engaging all of the kids there. Definitely worth the $ and a visit when in Gatlinburg especially if you have kids!!
