Bad experience. Emailed back and forth with a representative. She quoted a price for vacation package and then informed me that all the info she had given was incorrect and she couldn't book at the hotel after all, and told me to call them myself. Didn't return my email or offer any other help after that.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! With just one call we were able to book our shows, Dollywood tickets, and our hotel - and at a DISCOUNT. We come several times a year and we will use them again.
Great service and very friendly! They suggested a combo package on shows and I saved about $150 on my entire vacation package. I highly recommend them.
