Overall good bargain for the price. Room was tidy and staff helpful. Room had an odor similar to maybe mildew. But it wasn’t overwhelming and Lysol fixes it right up. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable. If you’re asking me if I’d stay here again, yea I would. Hope that helps you make up your mind.
I loved it. My room was very convenient. I could walk out my door and go to the the indoor pool and hot tub without ever going outside. It was located right in front of my room. I could relax in the hot tub and swim in the pool any time I wanted.
I walked across the street and saw the Dixie stampede. Great location to everything.
There is a trolley stop right out front. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Excellent place to stay. We have stayed numerous times and always enjoy our selves. We had a room right off the indoor pool area and it was great. Beds are very comfortable and room was very clean. Because it is the holiday season the outside area was decorated really nicely.

Clean rooms, comfortable and clean beds, great breakfast and indoor pool with hot tub. Kid friendly. Overall wonderful. I've stayed several times over the years and it gets better each time. Highly recommended.
Very nice inn, reasonably priced considering the other options in town. Has great breakfast, rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Right in the heart of the main strip in Pigeon Forge, so every thing was close by, and there are several restaurants and attractions within walking distance! We did not swim, but it does have an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was packed so parking was a little hard to find, there really isn't any extra spaces, but we were able to stay within the lot, even if not in front of our room. Hotel desk clerks were friendly, and check in and check out was easy. The only downsides were the beds were a bit hard, and the bathrooms a bit small. There is no sink in the actual bathroom, and there were no electric outlets in the actual bathroom. There is really no comfortable chair other than straight back wooden chairs in the room. Otherwise we had no complaints, and would stay again!!
