All of the employees that we encountered on our visit were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. The only complaint that we had was the fact that handicap parking was limited and two places were occupied consistently by cars not bearing the appropriate permits. When it was brought to the attention of the auditor on duty they chose not to ask them to move out of them. I disagree with this policy because those parking places are sorely needed by those with the proper permits.
An enjoyable visit; close to many of the attractions in the area. Good selection on their breakfast food bar; I especially appreciated the Greek yogurt! The hot top was a good temperature; however, the jets were a bit weird acting; they seemed to pulsate instead of eject/spay out the water. It sort of felt therapeutic at first, then it just felt strange. The staff seemed very friendly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and needs new beds. Plus our room had a funny smell in it. We checked in and checked right back out! Maybe I’m just too picky but I’m a holiday in express dude all the way in this one by far is nowhere near as nice as others especially the other Holiday Inn Express that was right down the road where we ended up staying
Breakfast was a hap hazard mess with things all completely overcooked or stale. The actual room was disgusting. Glad we only stayed two nights at this dump.
Stayed for a week and the bathroom smelled like an ashtray. Had to be sprayed with air freshener before use. Breakfast area has very limited space. We always stay at Holliday Inn Express but this was an old building that wasn't very pleasant. Marriott or Hilton from here on.
I will not be back to this location ever again.
This Holiday Inn was pretty disgusting. I've shared pictures of the multiple issues we had here. The staff isn't overly friendly and clearly not knowledgeable about the property. Before I booked I called to make sure they had a functioning indoor pool... only to find out when we got there they had no hot water to the pool for the last 3 weeks. We found this out from a reason maintenance worker who saw us walking down in swimsuits.
