The fireplace was cozy and parking was never a problem. The location is perfect, its near the main road but still far enough to be away from the noise and everything.
The only problem we had was with check-in our room wasn't available until 2 hours after check-in time because they didn't have it clean. Instead of the multi bed room they tried to give us 2 non adjoining rooms which did not work with our small children. They eventually got it right would have been better if they told us up front 2 hours instead of 15 more minutes over and over again. The breakfast was okay not adequate seating for the amount of people. Good location and nice rooms.
Located very close to the main street in Pigeon Forge, you are within walking distance of several different restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was very nice, as well as extremely clean. The bathroom was significantly upgraded compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. Free WiFi, free breakfast (with many fresh cooked items, fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice, etc.) Overall a very pleasant stay! I would recommend it for someone as particular as my mother, which says a lot!
We were there during Christmas and the staff were nice and welcoming. They had events for kids and they were very well planned and organized.

Wonderful easy accessible location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and likeable! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable!!! I could not have expected or hoped for a better experience! We enjoyed every minute of our 4 days there!!!
My recommendations: Try the peach drinks and the house potatoes.
Wow this place is amazing! We got a river view room with a balcony and it has two queens as well as a queen pullout couch. Tons of space in the room and a nice clean bathroom. Place is fairly new and the food is amazing! If you want a fireplace or the fire pit to work you need to ask at the front desk which is a little annoying.
