As for the hotel, it's clean the staff is friendly and the beds are awesome! They're the kind of beds that you don't want to get out of in the morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we had stayed at a different hotel (the Holiday Inn) for a couple of night previously (which was a mistake) and decided to leave for a different hotel and discovered this one. I say "unfortunately" because we would have stayed here the entire time had I been observant enough to see it before we went to the Holiday Inn.
This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The lounge area was so inviting with a fireplace. There is a fire pit in back that is awesome to sit and relax by. Also, their pool has a lazy river and inner tubes. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and the staff there is also very friendly. There is also an exercise room and a computer to print boarding passes. The view was beautiful and the room was very nice.
Definitely one of Pigeon Forges premiere hotels. Everything you need is available in the hotel from food to fun. Swimming pools indoor and outdoor with lazy river & hot tubs. Located on the river for a great view & nice trout fishing. Also loved the outdoors gas campfire spots to gather with the friends & family to enjoy the evening & talk about the days adventure. Will definitely return to this place. Staff was very courteous & helpful.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the housekeeping did not do a great job of cleaning.
We recently stayed at the Courtyard and really enjoyed out stay. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. And my family LOVED sitting by the massive fireplace in the lobby! Highly recommend this place if your in town!
One of the best hotels in the area! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because parking is hard to come by and when the area is busy you may end up parking pretty far away.
This is the absolute best hotel in Pigeon Forge, great room,two balconies. Josh the GM is great ,& Josh at the front desk -great customer service. If you are celebrating anything, let them know when you make your reservation. They have gifted us with Edible arrangements, birthday card, cake, and champagne. How better can it get. I love this hotel! This is the one to stay at, don't miss it!!!!!
