Very nice hotel and reasonable rates.
Excellent from Kristen checking us in for our 4 night stay until she checked us out. Great room with a view of the Ferris wheel in the Island. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect as well.
- Even number rooms have a nice view of a Ferris wheel and the pigeon forge area. Odd number rooms face the pool.
- Lobby is very comfortable and a nice place to hang out. Breakfast is typical continental food and nothing special. Coffee is decent though.
Everything was great! The rooms are convenient and have everything you could need. Location is perfect, you can even walk to the island if you want. Overall we were pleased and would have no issues staying again.
Didn’t have a chance to check out the pool or fitness area. They looked decent. There’s also a ping pong table.
Excellent hotel. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Staff was friendly. Could use more parking but construction is being done in the area so that may eventually be fixed.
The hotel is only three months old. It has a very clean, crisp and contemporary design. I loved our room..greatest view. It was a corner room and quite large floor plan. It had a small kitchenette with apt. Sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabinets have glass plates and silverware. No stove in room but I believe one burner could be requested. Several indoor and outdoor sitting areas. One outside was a fire pit with nice outdoor cushioned chairs, chaise lounge, and sofas, tables with chairs for outdoor dining. Another area close to pool was equipped with two large gas grills, tables with umbrellas..great place to stay for groups, families, couples, and business. Great free breakfast offering several items. The staff was the best! Missie was the awesome..so helpful with answering local questions. Indoor and outdoor pool, nice workout room with laundry attached, called spin 2cycle. Awesome location ...just above pigeon forge on the island. Can't wait to come again!!!
- Room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Room temp is easy to adjust. There’s a big fridge, sink (w/ garbage disposal).
