We stayed in room 584 with a private balcony and mountain views. Just beautiful. We had two Queen beds & the room is much larger than the average hotel room. My mattress was perfectly fine. However, my companion complained of her mattress being uncomfortable. My only complaint with the room is the toilet is very low to the ground & at 5'4 that is saying something. The Free breakfast was very good. I do feel a prepared fruit selection could be added. The price was very reasonable when compared to other hotels that were not as nice. The front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful.
We loved the room above the heated indoor pool. Room was spacious and clean. Brendon at the front deserves special mentioned he help navigate my booking over the busy Thanksgiving weekend. We ended up staying 5 days instead of 1 night as originally planned. Highly recommended. Good value for money.
We use to stay at another hotel in Pigeon Forge for years,this time decided to go with the Best Western Plaza Inn.Amazing staff that went up and beyond for us!!! Pool and hot was great onside and even though it was too cold to get in the outside pools and hot tub they we super nice and clean.The room was very clean and nice the housekeeping staff was very nice!! Breakfast was good as well. If you are going to Dixie Stampede is right next door, just have to walk not fight traffic!! Definitely will be our hotel from here on out!!!
We had to switch hotels due to our original hotel having bug and cleanliness issues. Everyone at Best Western were so nice and welcoming! Our room was so clean, spacious and we had a great view! The pool areas are very nice! The locations was great! Should we go back to Pigeon Forge we will definitely stay here!
The location was great. Close to everything. Breakfast was ok nothing special. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast room. Not a big deal but, we did go in December so it was cold. You also had to go outside to get to the indoor pool. The large jet tub was nice. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.
