This is a good place to stay. We have stayed several times and will again in the future I am sure. But they do need to do some updates on the rooms. The carpet for example could use to be replaced in room 118. When we got back from gatlinburg I wiped my son's feet off with a baby wipe to clean them then he walked around the room barefoot and his feet looked like I never cleaned them. They were black cause the carpet was so dirty. There were old stains on the carpet. I think they could definitely use to replace at least the carpet in the rooms at least and start cleaning the carpet better or more often to keep them in better shape. I like that they do not allow pets. Oh and there is a water stain on wall in room 118 that goes right by at outlet.
Pretty nice place for the money.. nieces loved the pools.. definitely will be going back..
We stayed here for Christmas Vacation. A great place, staff was friendly, and very clean. Not far from Gatlinburg, and The Island.
Comfortable beds needs a face lift.. a little out dated.. minor...but still in good shape. Will stay again.
Originally paid for 5 nights, Had bed bugs in room 204, called down stairs, they didn't have any rooms available except a king for 4 nights, charged me an extra 28$ just to stay in there and said if they had any cancellations they would put us back in a room with two queens. Just got a phone call saying that we have to pay for saturday in a the new room which is 70$. Even though they never gave me money back for the night I already paid for. Definitely would not stay here again.
