Television had a black streak running down the screen. Thin walls, particularly in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Truly outstanding Hampton! Friendly staff, clean well furnished rooms, outdoor fireplace, pool, hot breakfast, and did I say friendly staff! Best Hampton Inn around Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Stayed in them all several times and this is by far the best!
Overall decent place to stay. The staff was extremely nice, but the room needed an update. The view from them 5th floor was over the mountains and had a good view.
Nice hotel. Stayed several times and never an issue. Hotel is easily accessible without having to be on the main strip. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.
Linda in the dining area the morning of July 17 2017 was very helpful at breakfast... she is a hard worker and deserves recognition... also Elisabeth working the front desk was very friendly and made us feel at home... pool area very nice for kids... clean room... very nice stay
