Very good place for a romantic get away while visiting the many sites in the area. Only stayed two nights but have stayed at Hilton's before an were sure of the amenities and quality. Very helpful staff who seemed generally concerned with meeting our needs in finding entertainment and various shops.
Enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. They never disappoint, comfortable beds & pillows with the blackout curtains always make for a good nights rest. Nice bar & the restaurant was good & convenient so we didn't have to go out. Super clean & nice staff.
The interior was beautifully maintained. The rooms were clean and well furnished; I did not see any imperfections at all in the interior of the room. Each room comes with a Keurig machine, microwave and mini fridge, which is convenient. The location is perfect! Lot's of tourist destinations just minutes away. My only complaint would be the often detached and cold demeanor of the staff. They were often uninterested and very stiff upon interaction. They did not keep the coffee, tea and water area in the lobby stocked and almost seemed annoyed if anyone inquired about it. I guess more than anything, they just didn't have a friendly air about them. Still, the hotel is wonderful, and the location alone made the stay worth it.
Great atmosphere, beautiful and clean hotel, front desk was polite and accomadating, kitchen, servers, managers and bartender we're all very nice and food was good. Room service meal for our anniversary was okay, not sure we got everything we were supposed to though. House keeping did a great job, room was spotless. Thank you for a great stay!
Below average facilities and service for price. No recycling, so instead of sticking it to the planet in such a wonderful natural environment as the smokies, I had to pack a garbage bag full of bottles to take home. There is no excuse for such a new, large corporate chain hotel to not have recycling amenities.
