Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Rooms were large and roomy. Bath room was a little small. The room was close to a lot of great attractions. The Island of Pigeon Forge is just across the way. Fun weekend and we were able to rest well at the Red Roof Inn.

Came down first week of February for our wedding! We had several family members coming with young kids and wanted a place with a pool that was open late. We had a suite with hot tub, and fireplace. Balcony view was not much overlooking roof but not much to see in February anyhow. Counting us and family members, we had a total of 8 rooms. Everyone was happy with the rooms size and cleanliness. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with anything asked of them. Laundry and snack machines were well stocked and easily accessible. Location is great and is quiet being a little off the strip. The kids loved the pool!! It is open 24 hours a day even though I don't think anyone used it after 11PM. The only negative was the continental breakfast did not have much of a selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
We have stayed at this Red Roof Inn about 3 or 4 times this year. It's an ok place but after reading some of the negative reviews left by others about the cleanliness I started paying more attention. The carpet was spotted and the lamp shades had a lot of dust on them and also the vent fan in the bathroom was really dirty. The staff is really nice though. Plus, I don't like the fact that their rates are higher in person that what they are on the web. Not sure if we'll stay there the next time.
Total dump food was nasty very unsanitary very uncomfortable beds no parking tiny blurry tvs seriously a dump.
