Me and husband stayed here one night laborday weekend the room was gross the curtins was stained bed was hard and made me feel sketchy to sleep on that i used my beach towel as a blanket the whole room smelled like a wet ashtray outlits where coming out of the wall and broken had to pay for ice and they had it hidden in a closet the people are nice that run it but the rooms are gross and will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone it needs updated BAD!
I liked the fact that it is one the few hotels in town that is still American owned. Our room was clean but it is a old hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If you don't want all the frills of modern hotel it's a good place to stay.
We have always stayed here for years , which we stay here 12 to 15 times a year, about the last 3 years has been strange , we always call to let the lady know we coming she always give us a price with taxes when we get there always higher than she tell us on phone . this last time was 67 with taxes we will see you when we get there , we arived. She said have you ever stayed here before I was surprised the cleaning lady said she has been forgetting a lot lately she said it will be $95.00 .that's a big jump overnight .Everything was filled and packed everywhere we traveled back home after this.people watch your prices .and some of the rooms does have odor of smoke , heavy. We traveled 3 hours there and 3 hours back. If she has problems someone else should take over. Before they start losing customers. Others are complaining.long drive thinking everything is good when you get there and prices are so much higher.
Worst place on earth stayed one night costed over $100 for a shity room had dope heads running around screaming all night couldn't even sleep wouldn't recommend it for anyone couldent even stey the whole night also has bed bugs and really out dated
Great little hotel. It's outdated but was very clean. Felt really homie. Like being at a Grandmas house. Bed was very comfy. The elderly couple who own it was very nice. Prices are great. Will always stay there when visiting, which we do often. Love that it's american owned too!
