We have stayed at Sunrise Ridge Resort many times while vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. We always enjoy staying here. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Recreation Center staff plans activities each day for guests. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. A convenient location off the busy path of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to be convenient and quiet. Good family resort.
Love coming here. We try to go every year especially at Christmas.
The view is OMG breathless. This is definitely a senior vacation spot. The rec room is perfect for toddlers. The "free" Breakfast isn't the best, but the fact breakfast is at 9:30 is awesome. Very, very clean.
Visit almost yearly... Sometimes with our kids, sometimes with our family and sometimes just my wife and I... Always a wonderful stay... New rooms and pedestals great amenities... PLEASE UPDATE original pedestals for the soul purpose they are easier to access for those visitors reaching their Golden years... Newer ones too many stairs... NOT COMPLAINING just some insight from a regular visitor for over 20 years... See you next year and thanks for the hospitality... Can't wait for our children to visit the NEW recreation center...
Was great. Didn't like being told how was charged moving rooms was through sales men but great place view if fireworks was great in condo tomany stairs for disabled in cabins
