Very nice rooms for the money, seems to be recently renovated. Friendly staff, decent location on the strip with easy access. It sits back off the road just enough to quite down the traffic at night.
Clean & economical. Pet friendly. If you are looking for a Crown Plaza, u're out of luck. But for the very scarce hotels anywhere that allow pets, it was worth it. Friendly staff (Mike was very patient and took time to answer all questions when I booked, U ROCK!!) House keepers were very sweet and courteous. Can't really complain. Would stay again.
We stayed in Super 8 at Pigeon Forge and it was a great overnight stay! The room was neat and clean so was the Elevator! It had a vending machine close to our room and Morning Breakfast too! When we left, we had forgotten something of importance in our room and we were about to leave but Housekeeping made sure the Manager knew that we lost the item and he came down and returned the item to us! It was a great stay and I would totally stay at Super 8 again in the near future!
Very good service and clean comfortable rooms. I was very happy with my stay. Can't wait to come again.
Awesome staff and service! I am wowed! We got here extra early for a wedding and they did their best to get us in our room asap. They did amazing! Shawn at the front desk worked with us before we got here and when we arrived. I cannot express enough how awesome this was! It room was very clean and smelt good. Will be back in future!
