Tea was spoiled and horrible.
About the only fast food we stop while traveling is Army's. Food, service and cleanliness is always exceptional. The only fast Food we trust while we travel.
BUT not here....
Cannot imagine how filthy the dispenser may be inside.
Wife's chicken sandwich was hanging out of the box and covered ridiculously thick in sauces.
P.S. That's all I ordered.
Ordered milkshake paid extra for substituting for soft drink. Milkshake machine broke, offered regular drink exchange. Had to get manager to refund money for milkshake. Not happy but offered tea.
Took over 15 minutes to get a sandwich and a cup of water. Restaurant did not appear to be overly busy or particularly understaffed.
Just Terrible...they weren't even busy. I was the only customer!

Every Arbys I have been to in the past, give you a warm cookie. Not only was this cookie ice cold, but it was stale.
Bathroom filthy.
She gave the "Mad" look like it was my fault they serve spoiled food.
Excellent service for a fast food joint. Food as expected in reasonable amount of time. Rated 5 Stars for service alone.
