Pretty good Mexican restaurant.
Price: Fair ; 8-12$ per meal
The food is good, but nothing to write home about. I personally had the Ultimate Tacos which were fairly good and good sized. I would not recommend the guacamole, as it was rather bland.
I have never in my life experienced such disgusting Hispanic food. I love this food and am not a picky person. I will eat almost anything you put in front of me. But the shrimp tacos were so bad I could only take one bite, and couldn’t even finish chewing that bite. The sauce on top, supposed to be a creama sauce was just foul tasting. The shrimp were probably the size of a penny, and completely raw tasting. I would have complained personally (which I never do) but I had ordered them to go. I would never go here again. Or recommend it to anyone.

I rarely/if ever give one star. But this deserves negative stars. That's how bad it was. First of all, the chicken in my appetizer was chewy and not the best but it was bearable. Then my main food came out. It might have been the single worst thing I've ever had. The inside tasted like death. Like they grilled it on old charcoal that was burned with an old dirty sock. The tortilla was soggy and stretchy. The sweet corn Masa on side tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge filled with something dead. I literally felt like I was gonna throw up every time I took a bite of anything. So bad we didn't even eat 1/4 of the entree. We left and walked to Mel's Diner that's down the road (.1 miles) Best food you'll ever eat. Do not eat at No Way Jose. It is just bad. Bad. Bad. Just....no.
Atmosphere: Pleasant
Service: The waiter was professional, take care of us, and was always stopping by.
About a 25 minute wait 3 weeks before Christmas so that's not too bad. Server may have been new but didn't really have a great grip on how to wait tables. Waited about 15 minutes to get drinks. Maybe a total wait of 30 minutes to get food. When food did arrive 3/4 meals came out. 4th meal came out after another 10 minutes. That meal was warm, not hot, as were the other plates after waiting. It's OK. I would drive out of the way for it. (Prices charged didn't match those on the online menu)
Quality: all the entrees we got were perfect. The quality of food was great!
No Way Jose's is a pretty standard American-Mexican Restauraunt. It sort of feels like a discount Chuys.
Do you have to go here? No Way, Jose! I think there are better options in the area, but if you do go here, you can at least get a pretty good meal.
