Quality: We all had pancakes, eggs and bacon. All well cooked, good portions.
Service: Our waitress was one of a kind! Very friendly and did whatever it took to make sure we had a 5 star experience.
A good looking diner with a 1950s motif. We opted for the meatloaf and we were less than impressed with it. There was very little flavor even though there was onion and green pepper in it. The cole slaw and baked beans were good, as were the french fries. Our waitress was friendly but never came back during our meal to check on us. Can't say I would recommend this place. Next time we will try Huck Finn's.

Great fifties style diner right next to the main strip, simple American food served. We had hot dogs and fries. Super tasty simple food for a good price. Also they are open late which is a bonus! We stopped by around midnight and the food and service were still top notch. Thank you

We walked in and was promptly greeted. Our waitress was very sweet and patient. It took about 30 mins to decide what I wanted because I am a picky eater. She did not rush us or make us feel like a burden. The sweet tea was perfect. My daughter hates tea but she drank about half of mine. The food came out quickly and was absolutely amazing. Eating the potato salad was a party in my mouth. Everything we ordered was exceptional. The place was clean and had a very warm & friendly atmosphere. The pricing was more than reasonable considering how much you got and the quality of it. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone visiting Pigeon Forge to stop by and try them out.
This morning, Christmas Eve, we had BLT sandwiches at Mel's Dinner. I loved seeing the festive winter scenes painted on the windows. The restaurant was very busy. Our waitress was friendly and very efficient. We enjoyed the sandwiches and as we listened to others talking about finishing their Christmas shopping today.
