Ohhh man. That's actually a minus one star. We came to Pigeon Ford just to check out the area. Our first night, we came across this place. It was late (8pm) and they weren't serving any more. But there was a little side desk that told us if we go check out a resort down the street(90minute investment), we could eat FREE tomorrow. Turns out the resort was actually a time share scam that we sat through anyways (6hrs) to get the free food. But the joke was on us. This food was terrible, we ended up walking out and going to another place down the street. Absolute worst crab legs ever. My dog wouldn't eat this stuff. Do not eat here. Attention health department: you need to investigate this place. To many red flags to list. 37 years on the planet. Worst dining experience ever.
BIG price, crappy food! Couple things ok like the shrimp cocktail but how can you really mess that up? My biggest complaint....extra $10 for crab legs. They were cold, dried out, and tasted super fishy. The table beside me were complaining about the same thing. Table behind me got up and left after complaining. On the way out I told the lady checking us out. All she said was sorry but still charged for them. Won't be back!!!!
Good seafood buffet, good service. A good selection on the buffet though could be a little more choice of items. Good selection of good desserts. All the food was good and hot. My wife ate a ton of the all-you-can-eat crab legs and pronounced them very good but could have been warmer (though that didn't slow her down a bit). Overall, good seafood restaurant, perhaps a little pricey maybe but this is a tourist town and this is peak season so what can you expect. I would still recommend it.
Service was spot on the crab legs were perfectly cooked came out in big chunks like it should. I'm stuffed to the top. We'll be back again for sure. The calamari raw oysters mussels catfish and butterfly shrimp were all great as well. Great job captain Jim and crew.
Lovely place, very clean and friendly staff. Best friend and I ate there yesterday while on a friends road trip in Pigeon Forge Tn. Awesome food. We ate a little after 3 closer to 4. So some of the food was old like the shrimp. It was dry. But very understandable we were there between dinner hours. But overall the food was very good. The all you can eat crabs legs. OMG I was in crab leg heaven. Our table was waited on often. She removed plates as soon as they were empty and the bucket was emptied often. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting great seafood at a very good price. Two Thumbs up
