Breakfast was good. Cost used to be great. Price has increased by $1.50, but same amount of food.

Staff slid cup to me across counter LIP DOWN! When I brought it to his attention, he shrugged. Didn't offer another cup.
Nice manager. Old man at counter.....not so much.
The SEVIERVILLE Krystal's said "its gonna be a while!" I asked how long is a while? He said "a whiiiiiile!!! We have to make over 100 Krystal's before we can even start your order! So I left and went to THIS PIGEON FORGE KRYSTAL and they were awesome! Got me in and outta there quick and efficient food was great and staff were extremely polite! I think I will go to the Pigeon Forge location first for now on!
This is a poor excuse for a restraunt had to wait over 30mins in the drive thru then when i got our food it was wrong and cold i will never go there again!!!
