During our stay at Pigeon Forge, we decided to order pizza and pick it up. The staff were very helpful as they asked to make sure first that we called the right location. Then when we arrived, we were met by very friendly staff who offered to give us plates to eat off of and gave us a really neat packet of utensils and seasonings. The pizza itself was very good. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning when we come back to town.
Best pizza around. We spent Christmas day 2016 with them and we were treated great. Food fun atmosphere and the staff is top notch.
Excellent service and pizza. Price seems high until you get your food and realize what they put into it. Menu says there is no freezer on the premises, it shows in the freshness.
My fiancé and I placed a to go order just a moment ago because since they were about to close we didn’t want to be rude and sit down so close to closing time. The manager on duty told us we were more than welcome to be seated if we’d like, but they’d be happy to take care of our to go order. We placed our order and I asked for if they offered military discounts. The cashier said the manager would be able to go that once we received our pizzas. The service was fast for 2 10” pizzas and they tasted amazing (Mama Mia and Porky Pie). When we got the pizzas and paid, let me just say the manager was fantastic and treated us amazingly. I was super estatic (since I’m easily excited) that they gave us paper plates etc too which came in a lot of handy since we’re staying in a rental cabin. We aren’t from here, we can’t come back often, but we will be coming back when we visit.
Always great food each time that we eat here. Gloria is by far the best waitress that we have ever had! She made sure that our little boy liked his food, as they don't have a child's menu. She made us feel extremely welcome and even took the time to talk with our child, which made the experience 10 times better.
