Luckily I have been to several Hard Rock Cafes, because if this was my first I would never go back. It took 45 mins to get a table, when there was clearly empty tables to sit at. Especially for two adults and one 6 year old. The hostess seemed bother that we even came in at all. The food was edible but I have definitely had better. I will continue to visit Hard Rocks around the world, but I probably want return to this one.
We have eaten at Hard Rock Cafes several times in the past with very good results. On this trip, we were searching for a quality meal. I decided to go to the Hard Rock Cafe. The chicken they use is similar to the chicken at Wendy's. I don't eat Wendy's chicken sandwiches. It would have been nice to have hot items hot. The cold items were cool. Got sick 30 minutes after I ate. Our server was excellent. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. I cannot recommend this restaurant. We will avoid this location on our next trip.
Large party, one lady ordered aedium steak, it came out well done, they said they would fix it. They replaced it with a rare one that would jump off the plate, no offer was made to comp the check. We are not going back.
I was a Hard Rock virgin before today... Ordered the Original Legendary... So good! I was stuffed after eating my hamburger, had to give my fries to my kids! Large portions, wait staff was very helpful and friendly! This is a regular spot for us for vacation and we will definitely be back! Prices were high, but it's vacation, and DEFINITELY worth it! You get what you pay for! I love that y'all welcome pets and have extra parking for motorcycles
The legendary local burger was amazing!! It was Soo good. Loved it. Definitely recommend. The waiter was really nice and made sure we always had fresh cup of coke. The atmosphere was fun.
