Staff worked well and the place was clean. While there was a sudden rush, the staff worked fast and efficiently. Food was pretty good, too.
I am actually astonished with how slow the service is at this location. I've been two times after work around 11pm and it has taken around 40-50 minutes each time to receive my order. Management here should either close earlier or stop apologizing for wait times. By their actions they obviously don't care anything about their customers. When I asked about the lengthy wait, the cashier blamed his new foreign coworkers for not knowing what was going on. While at the window all I heard was a worker cussing at another worker in plain English to "take their ******* order because I'm tired of listening to them." This Wendy's is a polar opposite to all others I have visited in the past. I hope the management makes some serious changes for the sake of the Wendy's company name.
Keep Driving! I should have read the reviews first. Service is very slow and the most of my order was wrong. Was short a burger and three of the four double stack burgers were singles. Food was cold and dead... yes I did drive back to my hotel first but this food was as if it had been made for hours. First and last visit to this location.
Ordered 4 meals... They were good. But we paid for a cookie we didn't get. Had to go back. Staff was nice.
Hot, fresh food. All condiments asked for were received. Too much ice in my cup, though.
